Shipping Policy

We ship every order directly from our facility in Egypt. Here’s what to expect.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all governorates in Egypt. Delivery to remote areas may take an extra day or two.

Delivery time

Cairo & Giza: typically 2–3 business days
Alexandria & Delta: typically 3–4 business days
Upper Egypt, Canal cities & other governorates: typically 4–6 business days

Orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your governorate and order size. Bulk orders (bales, cartons, and multi-packs) may ship at a different rate due to weight and volume — the exact fee is always shown before you pay.

Payment on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across Egypt. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation with the courier details. If you haven’t heard from us within 2 business days of ordering, contact us and we’ll check on it right away.

Bulk & business orders

Large orders (pallets, multiple bales, or recurring supply) are shipped separately with dedicated transport. See our Wholesale page or contact us to arrange delivery.
